The palate is textured and balanced due to lees contact and the barrel ageing process, but still holding good acidity to give a nice clean finish.
This medium bodied wine is dry with a slight hint of oak. Flavours of pear, green apple, hints of citrus and subtle apricot, along with a touch of honeysuckle.
Makes an ideal match with matured cheese, Thai / Asian food.
