It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18.  By placing an order with The Winehouse, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.  Please be aware that it is an offence to purchase liquor on behalf of person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wine as a gift.  If in doubt, the delivery person may request ID for proof of age at the time of delivery.

Delivery Policy

The Winehouse has a customer base all around Australia.  For this reason we pride ourselves on offering a reliable delivery network.

The Winehouse uses Australia post eParcel service for all our wine deliveries Australia wide.  Australia Post is committed to providing us with a high quality parcel service that is efficient and reliable with their deliveries. Estimated delivery is 5-10 working days. If weather is of extreme heat this may cause delays and we will be in contact with you with an estimated delivery time.

If you are unsure whether we can deliver to the area that you live, or would like us to apply special delivery instructions to your order please contact us on (08)85 373029.  We understand for convenience that authority to leave a parcel on an unattended premises will be at the risk of the customer.

Delivery Charges

Delivery Costs:

Wine – Flat rate $15

Meechi Merchandise – Flat Rate $10

Delivery is usually between 2 – 8 working days dependent upon location of State of delivery.

Returns Policy

At the Winehouse we stand by our products, and most importantly we want you to enjoy the Wines you have purchased.  On the rare occasion that incorrect goods are delivered, please contact us within 10 business days and we will fully refund the goods concerned once received back in its original condition.  The Winehouse will most certainly cover the cost of postage for the return of the delivery.

If the customer accidently orders the wrong wine please contact us and we can exchange it for the correct order.  The customer will be responsible for the associated costs for the delivery return.

If you receive a Wine that you have purchased from us that you consider undrinkable (Oxidised, off, faulty) within 30 days from purchase, we will replace or refund the wine in question. Any replacement wine will be with the current available vintage in stock.  We would ask you to return the faulty wine back to The Winehouse for analysis.

To ensure that your wine arrives to you in its best condition we do not post Wines out in periods of extreme heat.   If this is of a concern to your purchase order we will contact you and let you know an alternate posting date.

Australia Post will advise The Winehouse if they are unable to deliver a particular delivery.  We will then attempt to contact you to arrange re- delivery.
